You may check with service provider website or you can check from our website during your recharge process select view my plan in the field of entering your recharge amount.

In very rare case your payment might deduced and recharge may not be success it might be due to operator server down, or you might entered invalid denomination or you might entered invalid mobile number.

But don’t worry about your money, In case your recharge is failed wait for 15-20 minute our automated system will retry your recharge to process, If still our system unable to process due to invalid recharge amount, or invalid mobile number, or invalid operator selected then your money will be refunded to FastRecharge Wallet account you may retry with valid mobile number or amount.

Reason for failure: Many of users doesn’t wait after payment is success, you need to wait till you get back to our website after success payment from bank.

Based on your information we will trace your payments with our payment gateway, Once we trace your payments and if not recharged we will credit the amount to FastRecharge wallet account where you can use that money again to recharge by selecting payment options as FastRecharge wallet.

If you wanted to make recharge every month or every day basis firstly you need to add funds to Fastrecharge Wallet account then select your service and amount you wish to recharge every month or daily basis and select the frequency of your recharge once done that’s it rest our system will take care of your scheduled recharges.

If you want recharge 2g,3g,4g pack every month just schedule it we will recharge it to on behalf of you.

To add money to your wallet account login to Fastrecharge account and select Wallet options in right side menu, then enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet account then select payment method that’s it you’re done.

To use your wallet money for recharges or bill payments, select the service you wish then enter the amount and click proceed in payment page select the options PAY WITH FASTRECHARGE WALLET.
