1. How do I recharge my Prepaid Mobile?
In order to recharge your prepaid mobile with FastRecharge, you need to have an
account with FastRecharge (Click here to create an account with FastRecharge, if
you do not have one). If you have an account with FastRecharge, you can login to
your FastRecharge account by clicking on the mobile service provider listed in
the Home Page. Once you click on the mobile service provider, you will be asked
to login. After logging in, you can select your number and click on 'Show
Service' button. It will list down the services available to you. From there,
you can select and recharge your mobile.
2. How to recover my FastRecharge account password?
You can go to Forgot Password page and provide your email address which you have
given during the registration with FastRecharge. Your login details will be sent
to your email address.
3. Can I recharge for more than one mobile numbers with one account?
Currently this feature is not supported. We are working to provide recharge
service for two numbers with one FastRecharge account.
4. How long will it take to recharge?
If your payment is successful, your account will get recharged instantly. If
you chosen pin based recharge, you will receive Recharge PIN by SMS instantly.
Incase your recharge is failed, please go to Contact Us and submit a ticket.
Please do not forget to mention your order number.
5. How to claim for the refund in case your mobile does not get
recharged?
Please go to Contact Us page and log a ticket mentioning your order number. Our
team will check your order status and we will refund the amount within 8 working
days after the verification.
6. Whom should I contact in case of any tariff related issues?
In case of any tariff related issues, you need to contact respective service
provider.
7. What kind of credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept 5 debit cards and 30 Net Banking
payment options. We are continuously
working to add more payment option
for your convenient. .
8. What is PIN based recharge?
If you go with PIN based recharge in FastRecharge, you will get Recharge PIN
number to your mobile as SMS. You can use that PIN number to recharge your
mobile.
9. What is PIN-less recharge?
If you go with PIN-less recharge in FastRecharge, your mobile will be recharged
directly (you will not get any Recharge PIN number).
